WHO WE HELPIs Fashklo right for your brand?

We support independent and growing brands from first development to repeat production.

Pattern development

Turn an approved design into a production-ready pattern.

Sampling & prototypes

Test fit, construction and the intended production fabric.

Low-MOQ production

Start from 15 pieces per design, subject to feasibility.

Bulk production

Manufacture approved styles with structured quality checks.

Printing & embroidery

Add approved artwork, placements and branded finishes.

Unchanged restocks

Repeat a previously approved Fashklo style without changes.

YOUR ACTION

Tell us whether you need a new design, an unchanged reorder or printing/embroidery only. We will send the correct next steps.

YOUR FIRST ENQUIRYWhat do you need to send us?

You do not need a perfect tech pack to enquire, but we need enough information to understand the project.

Design reference

Tech pack, sketch, or clear front-and-back images.

Product and expected quantity

State the garment and the total you expect to produce.

Exact size and colour split

Give the quantity required in every size and colour.

Fabric and decoration

Include fabric preference, print, embroidery, labels and trims.

Required date and location

Tell us your target date and where the order will be delivered.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

We confirm what is complete, request missing information and tell you whether the project can proceed to costing, needs consultation or requires revision.

PROJECT REVIEWFirst, we check what is workable.

We assess feasibility before asking you to commit to sampling or production.

WE CHECK

  • Construction method and factory capability
  • Fabric, trims and decoration requirements
  • Quantity, sizes and colour variations
  • Complexity, required date and capacity

POSSIBLE OUTCOME

  • Proceed to costing or send more information
  • Book consultation, revise or pause the project

YOUR ACTION

Reply to clarification questions before expecting final costing. An enquiry does not reserve production capacity.

PAID CONSULTATIONWhen is a consultation required?

A paid consultation may be recommended where the project needs technical guidance before costing or sampling.

Design development

Clarify what must be resolved before production.

Construction advice

Identify appropriate methods and risk areas.

Fit and sizing guidance

Select a workable standard size approach.

Fabric recommendations

Review suitability, sourcing and commercial implications.

Feasibility review

Test the project against factory capability and capacity.

YOUR ACTION

Bring all references and list the decisions you need help making. Consultation is separate from sampling and production and does not guarantee acceptance.

CONFIRMED COSTINGWhat we need for accurate costing.

Initial references can support a review. Confirmed costing requires a sufficiently complete production specification.

Initial review

  • Clear design references
  • Product type
  • Expected quantity
  • Sizes and colours
  • Fabric direction
  • Required date

Final costing

  • Confirmed construction
  • Fabric and composition
  • Trims and accessories
  • Standard size chart
  • Exact quantity split
  • Decoration requirements

YOUR ACTION

Check the design, quantities, materials, charges and payment milestones. Correct inaccurate details before paying. Costs remain provisional while essential information is unresolved.

MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITYHow our MOQ works.

MOQ applies per design - not across unrelated styles or mixed projects.

15 PIECES PER DESIGN

Base garment-production MOQ.

3 SIZES INCLUDED

Up to three sizes within the base MOQ.

2 COLOURS INCLUDED

Up to two colours within the base MOQ.

Add a variation

Each additional size or colour increases the MOQ by 5 pieces.

Example

Three sizes + two colours = 15 pieces. Add one colour = 20 pieces.

YOUR ACTION

Send the exact quantity required in each size and colour. Fabric suppliers may impose higher minimum quantities if we are sourcing.

Check your minimum quantity

15pieces per design

Indicative garment-production minimum. This checker does not set printing-only or embroidery-only minimums.

SAMPLING & PROTOTYPINGSample first. Prototype next.

Sampling controls risk before fabric and production capacity are committed to bulk.

  1. Pattern
  2. Initial sample
  3. Client review
  4. Corrections
  5. Prototype

INITIAL SAMPLE CHECKS

Fit, construction, proportions, design details and sewing method.

PROTOTYPE CHECKS

The approved style in the intended production fabric.

SIZE RULE

Use an agreed standard size chart and a confirmed base sample size.

NOT ACCEPTED

Samples and prototypes are not developed from custom body measurements.

YOUR ACTION

Confirm the base size and approved standard size chart before sample development begins.

SAMPLING TERMSCost, timing and included corrections.

Sampling is a paid development stage not a free test before deciding whether to produce.

100% PAYMENT

Paid before sample work begins.

2.5× SAMPLE FEE

Estimated production unit cost. This includes pattern development and development costs

10-14 WORKING DAYS

After all prerequisites and confirmed start. All these are subject to the design complexity and quanity of designs

TWO IN-SCOPE CORRECTION ROUNDS

Included when feedback remains within the original approved design scope. Major design changes, added rounds or scope changes may require a new fee and revised timeline. A production fabric prototype may require about 5 additional working days.

YOUR ACTION

Combine all feedback into one written list per round. Use labelled photographs and measurements where helpful if you are not fitting in the factory. All approvals must be confirmed by a written approval mail or whatsapp message.

WRITTEN APPROVALWhat exactly are you approving?

Approval confirms the production standard that will be used for your bulk order.

  • Design and proportions
  • Fit and measurements
  • Construction and finish
  • Fabric appearance
  • Labels and trims
  • Print or embroidery placement

APPROVAL MUST BE IN WRITING

Send “APPROVED FOR PRODUCTION” through the agreed email or WhatsApp conversation. Verbal approval is not accepted.

YOUR ACTION

Inspect carefully and send approval or consolidated feedback within the stated review period. Delay can release the production slot. Post-approval changes may require new costing, sampling and dates.

Approved samples and completed sample-development work are non-refundable.

FABRIC SOURCINGHow long can sourcing take?

Sourcing is a separate stage. Supplier availability, minimums and logistics can change the final schedule.

2-3 WEEKS

Indicative local sourcing timeline.

2-3 WEEKS

Indicative international sourcing by air.

≈80 DAYS

Indicative international sourcing by sea.

Pay sourcing fees before work begins

Swatches, samples, delivery and related costs are client funded.

Approve the final fabric

Production does not begin from an unapproved sourcing option.

Allow for supplier conditions

Availability, supplier MOQ and logistics may affect the project.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

Approved fabric is received, checked and allocated to the production order.

CLIENT SUPPLIED FABRICSupplying your own fabric?

The fabric must be production ready and match the approved sample or prototype.

Match the approved specification

Composition, weight, width and performance must be suitable.

Arrive clean and properly packaged

Fabric should be undamaged, identified and protected.

Be clearly labelled

Identify the client, project and intended colour or style.

Arrive in the full required quantity

Delivery must be completed before the communicated deadline.

Pass the initial check

Fashklo counts and inspects the received material.

IF THERE IS A SHORTAGE OR MISMATCH

Production pauses while you replace the material, approve a solution or accept revised cost and timing. Changing approved fabric may require a new sample or prototype.

PAYMENT AND CAPACITYWhen does your slot become real?

An enquiry or discussion does not reserve production capacity. Confirmed payment activates the project.

100% SAMPLING

Paid before development begins.

70% BULK MINIMUM

Received before cutting begins.

14 CALENDAR DAYS

Indicative unpaid slot hold, subject to availability.

Approve in writing

Sample/prototype and specifications are locked.

Accept the production contract

Check scope, quantity, milestones and confirmed dates.

Make the required payment

Payment reserves production capacity.

Complete fabric and trims

All required materials must be ready for production.

YOUR ACTION

Pay within the valid invoice timeline. Payment on an expired invoice does not preserve the old schedule; obtain a revised date in writing. Final balance is due before collection or dispatch.

PRODUCTION & EXPRESS ORDERS20-30 working days

The standard bulk-production clock starts only after every prerequisite is complete.

  • Written sample or prototype approval
  • Required production payment
  • Complete production information
  • Full fabric and trim readiness
  • Confirmed production capacity
  • Final specifications locked

NEED AN EXPRESS ORDER?

Express work is accepted only when capacity and complexity allow. The fee and revised timeline must be accepted in writing. Express status does not remove sampling, approval, material or payment requirements.

YOUR ACTION

Plan launches, pre-sales and photoshoots around the confirmed completion date - not the enquiry date or an unpaid indicative slot.

COMPLETIONQuality control, delivery and restocks.

Approved garments move through controlled finishing and quality checks before handover.

Production checks

Quality is checked during production, during finishing and before packaging.

Final balance

The outstanding amount is cleared before collection or dispatch.

Collection or delivery

Confirm the recipient and delivery method. Courier costs are paid by the client unless agreed otherwise.

Unchanged restock

Normally 15-20 working days, subject to fabric and capacity.

IMPORTANT

A design, fabric, sizing, construction or decoration change makes the reorder a new project. Inspect the order promptly. Fashklo is not responsible for third-party alterations or damage incurred after handover. Delivered stock must be confirmed within 20 days for any valid fix.

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & NEXT STEPCANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & NEXT STEP
